WTN: 9x18 Ultra brass

Silly question of the day...

Can 9x18 Ultra brass be made by trimming 9x19 brass? Seems like I've seen quite a few PP Super for sale lately (and I don't have one them)...

But no ammo for it? (This side of the border)

I have made 9X18 Makarov brass by trimming 9X19 cases and they worked just fine.

I may be wrong but as far as I know 9x18 Ultra & 9x18 Mak are the same brass. The Mak uses a slightly larger head but that does not affect the brass.

So IMO , yes.
