Our shooting is done for the year and there are changes coming in the near future at Winona so we are told but overall working with the DND and conforming to the 147gr bullet weight we had a very good season we had the new RO/Rangewarden there on our last day and he was pleased with us and how we had tried to conform with the rules now being inforced .The range will be reduced to 400m which just means we will use even smaller targets we only used fig 11 and 12 anyway even at 800yds .My group has decided to go again next year as we have since 1993 although some of our firearms won't be allowed they can be changed we know it's a privlidge to have this range open to us and it's within 1/2 hour drive for almost all of us .we used the handgun target setup this year but I beleave that will be changed and next year we might do some 2 day shoots with overnight camping .It was nice to have so many vintage army .303's out this year with even a few sniper No4T's on the line .Anyway we'll see what the next year brings .
