I watched lots of ww 2 documentarys, I tought I seen most of the orginal films, but this Apocalypse series is full with films that I haven't seen before. It is a 6 part series, worth to check out.

One of the best without a doubt. I watched the original french version with Mathieu Kazowic a few years ago and its very well made.

The WWII in HD 10 part series on History Channel is also very good too, I've got both saved on my PVR. They sure never get boring, every time i re watch them i spot something new in the footage.
