If the Tokarev I have is made during the war years ( 1944) Is the value any greater? I know there are lots of TT-33's around but I was curious if any collectors might be interested in this piece.
 
Lots of different features can influence the value for different collectors, it all depends on where it fits into their collection. But a collector is more likely to pay a premium for the right gun than a regular shooter.

There are LOTS of WWII dated TT-33's on the Canadian market. Most of them have been re-built by Russian arsenals in the post-war years before being imported and sold here. To bring a premium for collectors, it would need to have escaped the arsenal re-builds and still retain the original wartime finish.
