Wyoming Draws

Who's heading to Wyoming this fall?

I drew my second choice either-### Antelope and am pretty pumped! Waiting for the left-over draws so I can get a private-land either-### tag for the unit I have a trespass fee access in (this unit has 100s of unissued tag every year). Having a chance at tagging two bucks in two separate good units is a good feeling!

I also drew a few doe/fawn antelope, deer and elk tags between Wyoming and Saskatchewan, it's going to be a good year whether bucks get dropped or not!

That is awesome, I am going to have to look into this as I would love to hunt an antelope and if I could add a DIY mule deer buck that would make it even better.

It takes a lot of homework and in some areas years to build points but it is totally worth it!

Successful in 022-1 for Non-Resident Antelope.

First time hunting out of province, and travelling with 2 other buddies for it (both successful as well).

Should be a good time, and we're looking forward to it.

Would love to support Canadian and hunt in Canada - but it appears no provinces allow hunters from other provinces without getting some sort of a guide!

Anyone on the fence about a Wyoming hunt... it was a great time.

Group of 3 of us went down, all first timers and all doing DIY - all successful with a buck each.

Great to hear! I came back from my 2nd trip on the 12th, successful again this year. I filled both my buck tags and was home in time to celebrate thanksgiving with the famjam. I'll be posting my report on a separate thread!
