Is there an aftermarket trigger for the X bolt yet?
Or the other fun way of doing it is to remove the spring, measure it's physical dimensions, and then track down a spring of same size but ilghter spring pressure from a gunsmith, if you have one handy. A bit of a PITA but it's worked for me before.
One thing to watch out for when clipping springs is to maintain close to the same overall length you had before, sometimes a little stretch helps. Usually it's better to find a softer spring.
It is a round coil spring. There is a cone shaped spring in the trigger assembly but it has nothing to do with the sear or pull weight. I'm going to see if I can source out a supply of them if I do you guys will be the second to know.
