Hi all...I recently picked up a white gold xbolt for a pretty decent deal and I was wondering if someone could help me out. As you guys know that the barrel on the white gold is stainless and the rifle comes with a matte scope and rings. I'm planning on buying some tilly stainless rings and a silver vx2 . My question is does the scope and rings match the color of the stainless barrel? Or should I just leave it alone. Thanks in advance
 
I have an A bolt stainless with silver talleys and silver vx-3.

Colour is pretty close to an exact match but not quite 100%. I can't speak to the xbolt version but if it's the same steel as the Abolt I wouldn't hesitate.
 
I have an xbolt stainless stalker with talley silver mounts and a bushnell elite silver and they all match quite good but Im not sure if the stainless on the stalker and the white gold are finished the same
 
Thanks for the info. The rifle comes with a Bushnell elite 4200 I was thinking about selling it once I got the rifle. I recently bought a leupold vx2 for my 308 xbolt and I may get a silver vx2 for my 7mm. Thanks for the help..and 8n regards to boot laces to my belt...im a newfie and we only wear rubber boots..haha.
