Just found myself with a brand new CZ 858 Tactical 2, non-restricted. I was thinking about loading some mexican match hunting rounds (pull the FMJ, replace with a soft point bullet), just a few questions.
1) Anyone have any favorite .310" 120-123 gr bullets for deer?
2) Will a Lee FCD work on the steel cases?
3) Have you used new powder, or just reused the 'surp powder that came with the round originally?
4) What would be a good powder for the x39 round?
5) Am I better off just getting a bag of x39 brass, and doing it right, or will this get me by?
6) What kind of life can I expect from brass for a semi auto x39

I'm just thinking that the x39 round should be a good one for average sized deer at reasonable ranges, also it's one light rifle, should be really easy to carry around all day. I've been loading for rifles for about a year and a half now, this is my first loading for a semi-auto rifle. Also, I'm gonna love to see the faces on any Fudds who see me hunting with my evil commie semi-auto rifle, with the bayonet on, of course, just in case any deer jump out and attack me :p
