FYI the u.s. made ones are Israeli made as well except for a few key small parts to make them US legal... LOL

From what I could find 922r compliant list 20 parts which no more then 10 can be foreign, and all are major parts.

The card that comes with the manual specifically mentions that the flash hider, trigger, hammer, piston,and sear are US made and if you replace them with non-US parts... the main components (reciever, barrel, BCG, Bolt) are all IWI Israel

So like someone else says perhaps it a matter of being a new batch, I still like it, just wondering the sudden difference.
