Well just placed my order thru Wolverine today for a black X95 ;)

Man all these new NR guns are put me in the poor house again...lol... and I got to get the wife 2 new tattoos ;)

I will seriously consider getting one once I've seen some report about their accuracy... they do look good, for sure, and there's just something about a bullpup... :)

I already have a 9mm Cx4 and a Henry .22LR lever action for plinking, I have a .357mag lever action as my bush gun, I'm looking for something to do target shooting in the 100-300m range... a semi-auto might not make the cut for accuracy, but there's not a lot of bolt actions that don't leave me with a "meh" feeling. The Troy PAR is kinda cool, but I'm dubious about the ergonomics of a pump action at the bench or prone shooting positions.

Start practiceing the fine art yourself......just think of the benefits. Tats by Dilli and let the new guns flow in like ink

Strong temptation here.

I'll admit I'm a bit worried about some of the mediocre accuracy reviews we've seen in the U.S., I'd expect better with an AK-74 and surplus ammo.

Im not buying the X95 for an accuracy . the APC556 will fill that role.

I used my tavor for running and gunning and CQB stuff , The X95 will fill that role very nicely.

Im throwing my Aimpoint Pro on it, Tav-D and Giselle Lightning bow. Will remove that U that people talk about.

Just got my bill emailed from wolverine... ouch that hurt...lol...

Once someone confirms that they will have one in 9mm I will place my order.
Still no definite answer if there will be one.

So what's the price for the x95 since they said it had a minimum price of 2500$ :D. That is if you don't mind sharing the info.

Cheers

These days you don't see anything in .223 with a polymer stock and a detachable mag under $2k... most of gun owners just wish salaries would keep up with this kind of prices, lol! The only long gun I was personally able to justify the cost for (and buy) was the Tavor, because of all the innovation that went into making it and also because it helps finance the only civilized and western world-friendly nation in the middle east...

Guns are not expensive, it is only Canadian dollars are cheap.

Waiting for Gen 2 on this one.

This version of X95 is probably Gen 3 at least. The micro Tavor ( ie X95) had been on the drawing board long before the TAVOR got trialled by the IDF. In fact, I believe as soon as the first TAVOR prototype was out, the micro was already designed and prototyped right after.

Here is the original micro back in 2002, Barrett at one point was going to make this in the US. This thing is as mature as the original TAVOR. Note the lack of muzzle device at the time before AWB expired. Interesting thing, Barrett pretty much skipped the original TAVOR and picked the Micro for the US market.
