Well try and explain why it is a ####ty calibre to the millions of people who use it including half the CGNers here.

I like the idea of a conversion kit as I already own the XCR in .223, but why wouldn't I just get a VZ58 for the same price and own a second WHOLE GUN!

I guess this is true if you were talking 30 rd mags, but since we are limited to 5 there are a lot of of options that work fine

The USA Magazine 7.62 X 39 mags work fine. Been using them for years. As you can see it has the proper taper for the 7.62X39 Case

What seem to work flawlessly ( only about 500rd through it so far ) is using the C-Products 6.5 Grendel mags. They have been working like a charm. They are better made than the USA Mags

I have yet to try the C-Products 7.62X39.

Even the Questar 10rd 223 mags work ok with a bit of massaging

Proprietary design in a world awash with cheap AK and Vz58 mags...go figure.

I think its a great gun just for the fact thats its black and non restricted!
I am saving my pennies for sure!

Had mine on order at Wolverine for about 6 months now. Hopefully they bring them in by year end. But the XCR-M is what I really want.
