XCR-L in 6.5 Grendel

Not really. The way I look at it I didn't want on the Creedmoore bandwagon. I can buy or make 260 brass from 308 easily, and I wanted to pair similar bullets and weights between 6.5G and 260. I think this pairing will work out well, logistically and ballistically. There is a lot of debate between the two. I see way more Creedmoore on the shelf now.
I see Creedmoor rifles but no kits either. Any reason to go 260 vs Creedmore besides reloading?

Latest update on this is that barrels should be off to chrome planting last week and be shipped ASAP thereafter. So, there should be light at the end of the tunnel, but don't hold your breath just yet.

I've said so in a polite way. I'm not happy with service given the level of investment these rifles require.

As far as I can tell, I can't fault Wolverine so much. Given that competition is coming, with lower cost and high quality components, as we want them, when we need them - they're going to have a hard time. They still wont be an XCR, but a guys' gotta do what a guy's gotta do. Vote with the wallet, and take a risk in a a new market, with LOTS of existing new and aftermarket.

With the SLR coming to market they better get their #### together as there is going to be some competition now lol.

I got a 6.5 grendel conversion a month or two ago. Will be range testing this week. We shall see! The 300blk kit I got down to averaging moa with 110vmax (very happy with this). So I have high hopes.

How did the range test go? Any one else have any experience with an XCR Grendel in the wild?
