XCR-L sticky bolt catch-Help

XCR has been a bit of a sticky princess the past two range days. I have had the issue of my bolt release being very hard to depress on last round hold open 3 times in my last 2 trips to the range. We are talking both hands full pressure to release the bolt. Racking the action doesn't release the bolt either. Once I had to open up the gun, with the spring flying out, to remedy the problem.

Rifle has ~700 rnd through it. I am using gas setting 2 and pmags.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? How did you remedy it?

I had exactly the same problem. The bolt release, after taking it out and looking at it, is too wide near the top and sticks in the hole it rides in. I contacted Brent at Woverine and he sent me a new one pronto with spring (no charge because it's warranty) and now it works great. He said it was the first they had heard of this happening. I guess I wasn't alone. I would contact Wolverine. It's a 5 minute swap out, btw.
