Just wondering where the best place to get a folding stock adapter for an xcr-m would be for and AR style stock, any help would be greatly appreciated.

XCR-m questions may be better answered in the Battle Rifles section as it is technically a battle rifle. That being said, the adaptors are probably the same as the ones for the XCR-L. Dlask Arms maybe a good try? It has been a long time since I owned my XCR.
Dlasks don't fold and the XCR-L and XCR-M adapters are different. RA XCR facttory AR and M14 adapters don't fold either, there was a guy on xcrforums that was custom making them, check in over there. I haven't seen them in Canada.
Really? My adapters for my ACR stocks are identical on both my XCR-L and XCR-M
Huh, interesting, wonder why they'd make them different. Good to know.
According to Alex Robinson they still have some of the old style adapters kicking around, so give Wolverine supplies a call have them order one in for you, but be warned the adapter doesn't lock to the side when it is folded, so it will flop around like a fish tail. They other option is get regular AR adapter than a folding adapter from MDT, again this setup does lock to the side when the stock is folded.
