Hey guys, just thought I'd let you know that I tried out my new XD in 45 and its a blast! Put 200 rnds thru it with no problem. And it shot pretty well too. About 2'' at 15 yrds. I think with more practise I can shrink that group size. But if you are considering one, I recommend it!
 
I found the grip size practically identical to a 9mm or 40 S&W XD. I had no problem using it (and I've got small hands). Its a great gun.
