XD Trigger Job

Hello all,

I have a XD-45 5" barrell. Like the gun quite a bit, but I would like a good trigger job, to get the pull down and some of the travel hopefully. Does anyone know a good 'smith to take care of the job? How about a good fiber optic adjustable sight for it as well? Does anyone have any experience with these?

I don't know of anyone in Canada doing XD triggers, but the sights on the XD pistols will fit standard Sig sights, or so I've read at xdtalk.com.

If you do find a smith that does XD trigger work, let us know!

There is a guy, Scott @ Springer Precision in Oregon. Don't know about the nightmare of shipping across the line and back though.........

Canyon Creek in the US is supposed to do a superb job, Springfield custom shop will as well but $$. The problem is not getting your gun down but getting it back.

Bring your pistol down to the US for a match and have the work done and then bring it back up.
