Can anyone recommned a *good* belt holster to fit my XD40 Tactical? I have drop-legs outy the ying-yang. Looking to attend the Abbotsford Tactical Response Course so I need it to be GOOD QUALITY.
What are you looking for...? Leather, Kydex, Nylon..?
If Kydex, the Blade-Tech belt holsters are hard to beat.
JOOC, If it's a Tactical Response Course you're attending, then wouldn't one of your drop-leg holsters be appropriate?
Required equipment list states " a good belt holster". I was considering a blade-tech. I read a lot of good things on the HS2000-XD Forums. Who stocks them in Kanada?
You can order a Blade-Tech holster direct from the factory. If it's not "custom order", your holster will arrive in about 3 weeks. I've bought 2 holsters from them with no problems whatsoever. Very Canadian friendly.
Here's a link:
I ve been using Cendex for the last year.Best of the Kydex that I have tried
resonably priced and IIRC 3 models to choose from in the 5"bbl config.
will also work well with Glocks .You will just have to tighten the screws a little.
Will also hold a sig226 just not as securly but would work in a pinch.
Unfortunatly they do come from the states.
You could also check out Farmboys One shot Tactical .Ive been told that
his tactical holsters are every bit as good as Blackhawk and Eagle.
If all else fails And I hate to say this but Give Ebay a look tons of holsters.
