I wonder if it's worth it to get the quick change kit for all calibers (with powder measure, bar, etc, all adjusted so you don't have to adjust anything when changing calibers).

I would reload 9mm, 45, 357, 38, 223, and maybe some 308 operations on it, like quick de-priming, etc.

Is it worth the cost to get the quick change kits, or is it really fast to change powder bars anyway?

Would cost 450$ more to get 4 quick change kits and I just wonder if it would be worth it that much.

How about just getting a powder bar for each caliber?

I don't like the idea of leaving powder in the hopper anyway because I don't reload that often, and I would rather have powder stored in the original containers.

How do you guys do it?

Thanks

I have a quick for each caliber I load. Yes the cost mony. But no setting up dies or setting charge weight each and every time. Have to change primer set up once in a wile. Also have a extra tool head just for preparing 223 with a dillon trimer. The way I see it is the time saved out ways the cost. That way I can spend more time swaging my projectiles.

how often do you reload and do you like to do bulk reloads or go back and forth?

because of my current situation i reload on a single stage and am constantly going from 9mm, 45acp, 38/357, 500mag, the quick change kits would be a huge help for me. but if you like to do big batches i would think you could get away with buying the kits.

you'll want the exta heads & powder dies anyway , to keep your dies set up . one measure & a bunch of powder slides does nicely , the time diff between a full quick change & swaping over the powder meas & swiching slides is 5 min max , even if your all thumbs .
