XLR Chassis' in Canada - Import Only?

Hello,

Recently I made a decision to build myself a nice precision rifle and like many others, came across the chassis system made by XLR Ind. Of course, they no longer directly import their products into Canada (), so I looked into using an import/export professional, and I cannot for the life of me find a XLR chassis designed for Tikka rifles on the auction houses he uses.

So my question is this, is there any other way to practicably get your hands on one of these?
