XM177E1 Flash suppressors

I would be in for one if it is the flash suppressor. You mentioned non functioning and baffles. Are you thinking this is a silencer/sound moderator? Just checking as I want to show interest in the right product.

OP if you're producing that part, there is quite a bit of interest in the market place - both from "retro" guys and from folks who want one on their shorty carbines. A Canadian source would be able to sell them, if they can be made at a reasonable price. At least one producer has had issues with cracking at the base.

OP, what is the price per unit? You say that you can't compete with Innovative Industries, and that is fine as most of us would prefer to deal Canadian even if slightly more expensive Give us something to work with here....

The Griffin Armament one is 135 bucks US, the innovative industries one is 20 bucks US. So there's your price ranges to compete in.

I'm sure if you can get a more original looking version, you'd be able to sell them at a higher price point.

This is the more original looking Griffin one (many of these had issues cracking at the weld)

Innovative one looks like the DPMS one.

That is the $20 USD Muzzle Device, however Innovative Industries also produces a non-functioning XM177E2 Moderator for $49 USD that is a very close copy of the real deal (less the internal baffles). It is available in a choice of either matte black oxide or a "battleworn" finish (shown here):

Brownells also produces an excellent XM177E2 faux Moderator for $42 as part of their Retro line of parts. I replaced the Troy version that was pinned and welded for US sale with a Brownells' version on my 50th Anniversary carbine and couldn't tell the difference. Unlike the early Griffin Armament Moderators, the Brownells' faux Moderators are definitely safe to fire through!

Didn't even see that one on their site! That's a very nice looking rifle!

Lol, You have a dangerous third pin. RCMP must be all over this.
I wish I would buy one when Rampart offer this.

RCMP no longer allows the importation of these Troy rifles and has designated them prohibited
