if you could find a better deal on a complete lower than SGW I would be very surprised. If you want a stripped lower I think the SGW aero precision and the STI are the lowest I believe. If you want to be a real cool big brother you could get him a custom one from motiuk????(sp) and have canadian built.

Aero precision at SGW is the way to go IMO best deal short of theft for new parts.
