XS scout rail?

I've got a bubba Enfield I want to put a LER scope on, are there any XS dealers about?

Brownells distributes them and since it's under $100 it should be able to get to Canada.

XS's website mentions nothing about any Canadian distributors.

Looks pretty nifty tho...
