Hey CGN'rs!

Just curious if anyone out there has had any experience with XS Sights? Any words of wisdom before I buy a pair? And if there are any pictures out there I'd love to see them! I tried searching CGN and couldn't find anything on them.

I have a set of XS Big Dot Express sights on my .45M&P. They are _very_ visible and fast, although they took a little getting used to. No pic, sorry.

I had a gunsmith install the front sight...I think it's worthwhile getting it done by an expert since it takes some fitting.

I love them on our Marlin 1895's. I have the XS sight rail with the ghost ring and front blade, my wife has the wing protected rear ghost ring with the front blade. Very fast to aquire.

Edit: Oops, you were probably inquiring about handgun sights seeing as it's the pistol and revolver section. Oh well...

Some guys like them. Personally I am not a fan. I don't have a big problem with the front sight but I really don't care for the rear.

Some guys can deal with the limited reference points and still shoot accurately, but I am not one of them and I can tell you that in conversations with trainers that see many, many shooters every year, the consensus is that they frequently assist people with limited shooting skills, but hinder people with more advanced skills.

That said I can think of one guy I know who shoots his very well, better than I could by far. So it can be done. But not many can do it.
