I bought one from Cabela's last spring and sold it by the end of the summer. It's fun for a time, works well, is reliable, and is ultra portable. I found, though, that the novelty of the thing wore off pretty quick. I did not find it to be particularly comfortable to use or accurate, but my son shot better with it than I did. If you need a compact and portable survival rifle, it's great for that. If you are looking for a plinker, I think there are less expensive options better suited to that need. Just some thoughts.
