Has anyone visually seen in person any Yellowjackets ammo at a decent price in the Edmonton area? The gopher season has seriously depleted my YellowJacket stockpile.

I think Yellowjacket is the most obscenely priced of all the .22LR rimfire ammo out there. something like $80/brick of 500. <_<

I had some 4 sale at the Hanna gun show. At $70 brick most were buying the stuff I had at $30-40. Some that wanted them were happy (sort of) to get it at that. Sold 6 bricks. close to a case of 555s at 35$. Had lots of odd ball stuff, 2-6 boxes of 1 make 3 of another. Lots of guys bought 1 box at a time. Glad to clear some of it out. More target stuff on the way. Mini mags were $75 a brick at a near by table. He sold the case. There were 2 dealers there with Yellow Jackets at 71 & 75 +tax.

Wow. The premium target ammo I buy is only $78 a brick

Cabela's had boxes of 50 for $6.50 a week or two ago (so I bought 10 boxes). Best price I was able able find.

I agree that it doesn't cycle very well in semis but I shoot it through a bolt action I built for gophers
