Yet another post waiting for approval to join EE

If I club had an minimum attendence requirement in order for an applicant or member to earn unrestricted or maintain membership, would simply signing in (but not actually shooting, or participating, or staying any longer than it took to sign in) and then leaving immediately count?

If a sport had a minimum participation requirement in order for an applicant or member to earn or maintain unrestricted membership, would registering (for a given event) count, or would one actually be expected to stay for the entire duration (of the given event), and to actually participate in it?

I'm not in charge. Were I in charge, and supposing that the CGN minimum post requirement was still going to be a thing, only useful, thoughtful, or helpful posts would count (against the minimum post requirement). For example, this post and this, and this post MIGHT count, but this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this, and this WOULD NOT count.

I mean, if your posts are supposed to tell me whether or not you should be given access, then "NEWSFLASH!" (they don't).
