I was doing a bit of browsing throught the BC Ministry of Forests Lands and Natural Resource Operations website and found an interesting link called "Angling, Hunting and Trapping engagement" on the left side of the page.
A click on this led me to another screen and at the bottom I clicked on a green box called Hunting/Trapping.
Basically this web page lists all regulation changes by zone and species and describes the issue to be addressed. It also shows the date the change was proposed and whether it was decided and what was decided. There are also links to the background information for some of the issues. ie studies and surveys
