Loading 100 rounds of target 308 ammo that you know that shoots in your rifle Measuring the OAL evey 10 th round so you know ts bang on with the best equipment available, with comps, with the best target dies, and on th every last round you realize you set all your bullets to 2.755 instead of 2.855
LOL! son of a bee-otch LOL! Even after looking at it duhhh lol
It happens to teh best of us, wonder how they will shoot 100 th off lol!!

How about what happened to a friend of mine while reloading several hundred 40's for an IPSC match.

He forgot to put in the low powder alert & ran out of powder without noticing.
He found out halfway through the match then found out he had about 200 no powder loads.

At least your loads will go bang instead of poof.

I feel your pain buddy. A bullet pulling collet die is your friend. Comes in handy more than you think possible :bangHead:

OH THE PAIN.:D:jerkit:

A few taps with bullet puller to knock them out a little then reseat. What really sucks is having them 10 thou. to long and trying to close the bolt only to find some resistance then ejecting the case leaving bullet in chamber and a action full of powder. Of course you only do this during a match.

Ya that I did Tod! LOL If I have loaded one I have loaded 1000 rounds for this gun and I cant believe I set them 10th to shy LOL! Dam eyes were play tricks on me 10 times lol and i only seen my mistake the last one.
The pain in the ass is there all neck sized, wieght powder charges and trimmed took me anout 3-4 hours to screw these up, with my good lapua brass lol.

Built for accuracy until my dumb ass screwed them up.
I will see how they shoot, before I start pulling them. maybe they will be sub MOA, but i doubt it, they are 45 100 ths , under sammi spec.

I made a bunch of really hot 357's once but didn't crimp them enough. After firing 1 or 2 per cylinder, the next round would have jumped out far enough so the cylinder wouldn't turn. What a struggle I had to figure out what the problem was, then use a kinetic puller to dismount about 350 rounds!Major duh!

Meh...no worries. Unless of course you were loading them hot to begin with. Go out and shoot a few to see how they work. No point going to a lot of unecessary work. If there's no difference in velocity or accuracy, you're worrying about nothing.

Why? All you had to do was put a little more crimp in them.
