You know you bought too much ammo when....

Always on the hunt for a reasonably priced ammo score myself, where are you lads finding the best deals?
Just came from the range sure doesn't take long to burn through it.

I have over 9000 rounds packed away and a few hundred in my box set for the range tomorrow. How many rounds fit in a wheelbarrow do they come in Russian? How much per wheelbarrow ?

Well this one had 1100 shotgun shells, 300 .308, 1000 22lr, 40 30-30

It could have held more.

Sorry no russians here!

Poor sweet little you. Hope you didn't hurt yourself... LOL

Got the wife to help me unload the truck... Did take her down South a couple weeks later to make it slip easy... And yes, the trip was much cheaper than the ammo!

You don't realize you bought to much until you're on your death bed and realize there are still a few loaded rounds left in storage.

There's Usually only a couple reasons , that will control how much ammo you have , Bank account = ability to purchase ,the understanding of your Significant other and your ability for storage . As to the question of how much of a certain caliber is enough ,well its how much you shoot or how much you think you can shoot !

I only keep track of my .22s, and with those I stopped counting at 20,000 rnds.
My goal is that if ammo down here becomes too expensive or even unattainable, I'll still be able to shoot for a good many years.
