My local shop wants $350 for a refurb, he's trying to sell it as un-issued
Is he a scam artist, ie truly misrepresenting a refurbished gun for an unissued? OR, is he just not knowledgeable & doesn't know what he's talking about?

Haha does everyone call him the weasel? You can find some good deals there some times of some interesting stuff, but other times he's out to lunch (and I don't mean up at Gloria's either).

If I could remember the name of it, I would post it, Ive never had the chance to go in there, but always hear of its ridiculous prices.
I prefer to keep by business at ProLine and TSE when buying firearms locally. I'll go to WSS for accessories and ammo, but I wont buy a firearm there.

Very true. I'm thinking I'll eventually start up a commercial ammo manufacturing facility, once I've got my bases paid off (I make a very good salary for my age, but I don't think I'll retire driving bus).
About the only thing that interests me at Ramakko's is the 870 Express (leftie), it's $399 (or was last time I checked), making it still cheaper than getting one shipped from anywhere.
On the topic of prices in our neck of the woods, which ranges do you recommend? I was looking at the Garson R&R club, but that was due to the close proximity to home (Moonlight). I'll be moving soon enough, so that makes it irrelevant...

Nevermind, went there this afternoon looking for a bi-pod, and the 870 is now $449... Generic swivel bipods are due in a month... Guess I'll ebay-it.

That's an excellent price,you should buy'em all.........
I agree , Proline is a great place to buy guns and TSE has some pretty cool things too , i go to wss sometimes for ammo and targets , maybe it was russel , but as far as i know they dont sell handguns , just long guns.
