same here, i've been inquiring about an order and have not gotten an email response yet. I just called now and left a message, email is not always trustworthy, but a phone rarely fails.

Yes they are great people to deal with but just extremely busy and I could just imagine the emails that come flooding in there.

Last two times I have been in it has been packed. They worked well past closing to make sure everyone was taken care of and my last order via email was responded to well after working hours and within 24 hours.
