My fave is the first elk I shot.I was using a old Ruger M77 in .30-06 with a luep 2x7 VX II and shooting 165 gr.TBBC.At 500 plus yards and a strong cross wind it was the most difficult shot I ever took. The bull scored 369 gross and was an 8x8.Main beams were49 1/2,48 1/2,spread 47 1/4 bases 10 1/2.The first 4 tines on each side were all over 16.

I was living on my father in laws ranch at the time and had spent 7 weeks hunting every day before I got a chance at this bull. The range was a lot further then I like to shoot but the season was just about over and I had even had a chance at anything yet.Although the it was a difficult shot I was able to get in a prone position for the shot.

On a sad note, the rack was stolen about a year latter.

I would post a pic but don't know how.

Well Chuck, that is a hard one but I think it has to be between these two...
From last year:

My Brno and Whitetail, it has also gotten my first Bull Elk, Fisrt wolf and a couple other nice Deer.
