Your favourite front sight insert?

There seems to be a puzzling array of front site inserts. What's your favorite front sight insert? Aperture? Post? Diffuser? Other?

And why?
 
I use a round aperture for round targets and sillywets, and a thick post for hunting big game, although a post with ball works well for hunting as well.
 
Aperture sizes? I'm guessing one that centres the bull at the range you are shooting, but there do seem to be a lot of different ones.

The size of the aperture depends on the size of the bull, the length of the rifle barrel and the distance being shot. Basically the shooter should see a distance of about half the diameter of the bull around the bull. Using an aperture that has just a sliver of white around the bull is very hard to center and tiring on the eye.

To add to what Xfire mentioned it can also depend on what position you are shooting. I have an adjustable aperature which makes it really easy to change the size of the aperature I am using. I use a larger size for standing, a medium size for kneeling and a bit smaller size for prone.

I think he meant "Silhouette" :p
