It is. So. it's only really mine temporarily.
However, it's been taking forever and ever to sort out the paperwork, since it is technically going back to the military service. Government is playing ping-pong between the two departments handling the Controlled Goods Program. And they claim "sudden surge in CGP licensing applications" is preventing them from completing the applications within the service standard timeframe and are not providing any lead times at all. It's quite embarrassing, honestly.
