Your Press and Accessories Peeves, by Company brand: Redding

Their lock rings use a screw that tightens against the threads of the die, easy to damage them. I replace all die rings, of any brand, with the Forster clamp rings, much better design.

My Redding 25 turret press has a habit of kicking primers all over the floor because they miss the tiny little plastic cup that is supposed to catch them. My other complaint is that since it's about 40 years old the handle bushings are getting worn and the handle will fall down if you arent holding it. Parts are no longer available so I'll need to come up with my own solution.

. You are confused with rcbs. The Redding dies use a set screw behind a piece of lead that conforms to the thread of the die which does not damage the threads
