Youth model options

Have a 8 yr old grandson that I would like to find a youth model 20 ga gas operated semi auto for. I’m wondering who makes compact/youth guns like this and if anyone has any experience with one or another.

Browning Silver lMicro , Winchester SX-4 Compact, Mossberg SA-20 Bantam are a few possibilities. We have had people bring all three to our skeet field, and all functioned well.
