Looking to buy a pellet rifle with youth stock dimension for an 11yr old, fps can be under or over. Currently considering the Ruger Explorer. Cabela's.ca $99. Would like something more than a Daisy or Crossman. Do any sponsors sell pellet rifles, any other suggestions?

I know you mentioned you didn't want a Daisy, but you may want to consider the Daisy 853c. Very accurate youth gun used by the cadets.
You should also look at the Baikal MP-61. It has a good trigger, lighweight adjustable stock, it's accurate and it's a repeater. It's good shooting for an adult as well. Sells for about 160.00 cnd, shoots bellow 500 fps so it's good for indoor shooting as well.

We have the ruger explored, trigger is awful, if you can find a decent slavia, 620, or 621 that would be the way to go. The ruger is okay for accuracy, I think I would even go with an adult pellet gun before the explored. My little guy is 6. He uses a full size 22. I would think your 12 year old could handle a bigger gun than the explorer.
