what do those numbers mean?

goes 2 all the way to 19.


I can usually hit what I am aiming at. couldn't hit a big square gong at 200 with this, It was too wet to see the sand impacts with bare eyes, so I just got frustrated. And with the cost of these rounds, I couldn't just keep blasting away.

2 probably means 200 meters, assuming the rifle has been zeroed.

You want to shoot at a bull at 100 yards on a large piece of paper, and adjust the front sight so the bullets are about 2" high. Then the rest of the elevation numbers will work.

Now how do I adjust the front sight? its a chunk of steel, doesn't look like anywhere for adjustment.

Buy a specific sight tool, or use a brass punch or hammer to slide the post left or right.

oh, for windage, copy that.

That's fine. Tried it at closer range earlier. dead nuts centered, just couldn't see the hits today, really wet sand, and no optics at all.
