Zavasta m85 extremely tight bolt, Hard to chamber rounds.

Got a new zavasta, Over all I am very hard with its accuracy but it suffers a very very tight and hard to use bolt. 100 rounds through it an its abit easier but still very tight.

What can I do to loosen her up? And does anyone now how to get the bolt apart??it only turns so far to lock it.

7.62x39 by chance? if so try cleaning the laquer off the cases, they aren't designed to fit into a nice tight chamber

Yup 7.62x39. Im using non corrosive right now with no laqour. But Ill ll clean the laqour off my corrosive. Any tips to get it off?

Acetone then water.... Don't forget to clean out the gun as well....

brad beat me to it, clean the heck out of the chamber, could have a bit of build up in there causing grief

Having checked a few Zastava rifles they like a tight headspace.
I've seen them -.002" The Go-Gauge wouldn't close on it.
