Zeiss Conquest

I am looking for opinions on the Zeiss Conquest 6.5-20x50 with the rapid-z reticle. I'm thinking of putting one on a Savage 10 FCP McMillan. Anyone used this scope? is it worth it?

I use one on a Kimber SVT. Very clear glass. Not quite the same as Victory or S&B Glass, but not the same price either.

Quite happy with it.

is it worth it? Depends a bit on what you want to use it for and how you are going to use it.

I have several Conquest scopes and really like them. By far the best value for the cost IMO.

I have only one with the Rapid Z600 reticle and that is brilliant. I like the fact that you can calculate the magnification and accurate ballistics on their web site for every possible ammo. Best BDC type reticle in my opinion.

For long range shooting something with adjustments or a mildot may be better; as I said it depends what you want with it. Hard to beat the quality of a conquest for the price though.
