Short story. Gave a rifle and scope to a younger hunter in my deer group as a Christmas gift. The scope is a Zeiss Dialyt 3-12x50. He was dogging a run this past week and the elevation cap was somehow lost. Emailed Zeiss and two caps are coming free of charge. I’m impressed as always with their German manufactured products. Just an FYI

Good to hear. Warranty service - not so much. I have dealt with them in the past and although their scopes are excellent, their warranty is a bit of a pain.

Had the exact situation happen to me with the Windage Turret Cap on my Elite 6500. Bushnell sent another one over asap free of charge and free shipping. Seems pretty standard procedure or at least I would hope so.
