Wrong Way as far as we now the Zeiss warranty receiveing depot is in Ontario but the work is either done in USA or Europe. Leupold Canada (Korth Agencies) is without a doubt the fastest warranty service that we have ever experienced. Our usual turn around is 7-14 days back to our shop. Zeiss repairs have been 4-8 weeks. Some minor external stuff may be done by Gentec (Zeiss) Canada but as far as I know the bulk of the work will be done out of Canada. Phil.
