Zeiss Servicing

Can someone tell me how one gets a Zeiss scope serviced in Canada? I've just picked up a used Zeiss Conquest HD5 scope, and it is fine, but I'm wondering where I would send it if problems occurred.

Yep, but they send them out of country for repair

Thanks, guys. It looks as if Zeiss repairs are straightforward with an address here in Canada to start the process.

If they have to send it to the states, you're looking at a 2-3 month turnaround.
The happy part to that story is i sent in a $1000 (when it was new) Conquest that was fubar, they didn't make that particular model anymore, so they upgraded it to the current equivalent.........which is a $2700 model.

The 3 month wait was forgiven
