Zeiss Warranty turn-around time.

Whats the average turn-around time on Zeiss scopes? Its a Conquest, welfare Zeiss if that makes any difference.

Sent one in to get a reticle change for a 6.5-20 that I wanted to pay for.

Came back in under two months , no bill.

I'm on welfare , so I'm thankful of the no charge.

I sent one in that took about 8 months. I actually forgot I owned it when it showed up at my door fixed!

I sent a scope away in september and got it back in pretty much exactly 3 months, which is pretty much what Gentec told me it would be. Not only that, they replaced the scope (obsolete) I sent in with a model that was worth about double what the original was.....so kind of hard to complain. No real complaints with Gentec's customer service, they even called me back when they said they would, which these days is a small miracle

Is it as fast as my experience with walking into the Bushnell depot and walking out 10 minutes later with a new scope? No. But considering they had to send it to the states and wait for the next shipment to come back.......and they gave me a waaaay better scope.....

Ive been waiting no word of a lie over a year and a half for my replacement eye cups for my conquest.
Gentec's customer service is horrible.

I'm assuming you've called them to inquire what the hold up is......?

Sent in my Zeiss, was told it would take 8 months. In the end, I was sent a new scope three months later, they didn't even fix mine
