I need your help. Does anyone know of a Canadian Zeiss service center who would switch out the reticle and or turrets?

Gentec Canada is the Canadian distributor for Zeiss and the warranty centre. Ask for the Sports Optics division. They have an arrangement with Kenton industries for turrets, and a reticle change would likely be done in the US or Germany (depending upon the model) at a charge.

Gentec will be offering custom, load-specific engraved turrets very soon. Scopes without exposed turrets will have to be sent in to be retrofitted but scopes with current exposed turrets will be able to be done by consumer.
