Hello,

Currently I have mounted this scope on a type 81 folder, the scope sits off to the left approximately 1 inch to the left of the bore, I know this is meant to be zeroed at a distance of 100m but I only have access to 25-50 yards in the city until I plan to go outside one day.

The elevation is easy to deal with it’s the windage where my question is, being offset from the that 1 inch ish where should I be hitting at 25-50 yards? Should I technically be hitting 1 inch ish to the right at 50 yards? I am pretty new to this type of set up I have tried looking up some videos / reading the manual but doesn’t quite say much about the offset.

Any help appreciated :)

If you zero the scope so you are hitting 1" right of POA, it shouldn't matter what range you do it at, as the bullet flies parallel to the scope line of sight.

I wouldn't suggest doing it any differently unless you are target shooting at a known range or something -- it's easy enough to compensate your aim by an inch (if it even matters) but if you zero windage for some specific distance you will never know how far off you are hitting at other distances.

Mind you, if you zero that at 100 yds, you will be +/- and inch out to 200 -- which seems well within the expected accuracy of that rifle.

I guess it depends what you are doing.
