Gear pictures from deployments

We have a bit of gear that we've been given back to showcase, traded for, replaced with new stuff (so we could have the original back) and lent items out that have seen deployments with Canadian Forces.

In this thread we'll post up some of those pictures and where we can, we'll tell the story behind it.


First up is this Hardcore Hardware LFT01 has so far seen two deployments, the first was with members of DART that went to the Philippines to help with the clean up there.

It did help with cleanup and also helped bust open coconuts :D






The second deployment it saw much more use.

I figured that's what this thread was for. I was more making fun of my gear at the time. Rest assured if I ever deploy again it will be with far better gear then what I am wearing in my previous post.

Blue Force Gear Ten Speed pouch that was used for awhile.

It sustained this damage when the user hugged the rope when fast roping from a chopper. The rope burned through the elastic all the way down.

The pouch retained both mags and continued working with no issues.

When the client told us about it we asked for it back and provided him with a new one. He was extremely happy with the performance as the pouch did what it was suppose to do even after sustaining the damage.
