Marstar has a great warranty program. Just call them. No need to post a thread
Sorry to say it but if your 350 dollar pistol has a three year factory warranty and my 1400 dollar rifle only has a one year warranty I am going to be ... wait, naw it's ok there is nothing wrong with my rifle. Good luck getting warranty after 2 years. I hope you can get it sorted out .
1 - Probably a better idea to call them before you go public.
2 - They'll probably take care of you - but even if they didn't, nobody in their right mind should expect anything other than the standard one year warranty.
3 - You've already "solved the problem". Get a gunsmith to make the cuts, buy a new barrel, shoot more than 600 rounds through your 1911 in 2 years, and Bob's your uncle.
"All they now possess is liberty, what they before enjoyed is sacrificed to its service, and having nothing more to lose, they disdain submission." - Thomas Paine, Common Sense, 1776
Liberal promise, a first rate oxymoron.
Good day; now before I get accused of being nasty, etc, etc,
You mention a picture was sent, to which dept ?? Did you give us your name bcause we can't seem to locate CCFTCA in our data base....
1) When did you buy it ?? From Whom did you buy it ??
2) at Marstar we offer a one year warranty, however the customer has the option of dealing with us OR if one insists they can deal directly with the factory....(not realistic)
3) Did you contact our service dept ??
John
Well, Marstar is usually very good at returning emails....... well maybe not after second though so doesn't hurt to ask on the forum as he may get a faster response.
