Q: I just register, all the forums appear to be locked! I cannot read anything!
A: Please make sure you open the email with the “activation” link. You have to click this link to authenticate your email address. Please make sure the activation email is not in the "Junk box" in your email portal.

A: Only the originator of a thread can reply to his/her own thread. Members should contact each other using private messaging.

Q: I want to change my email address/password!
A: You can change email address or password by clicking "Settings" in the top right corner. Click "edit email and password" under "My Settings" in the left column. Make sure you have received an automatic email with a new activation link to activate your account. Check the junk box if no email has arrived at your email Inbox
Q: I need to reset my password!
A: You can recover password by clicking this link here
Q: After I have reset password, the site will not accept my new password!
A: Please cleanse the internet webbrowser cache and cookie file, and retry.
Q: I am sure I have entered my password correctly multiple times, but the site still won't accept my password!
A: It is our experience that, for some webbrowsers, if the password is entered incorrectly the first time, the correct password will not be accepted subsequently unless the browser cache and cookie file are cleansed.
Q: I cannot save my sent private messages.
A: Click "Settings" in the top right corner.Find: 1) My Settings 2) General Settings 3) Private messaging 4) Check "Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default".
Q: I want to change my username.
A: We cannot change username You may open a new account and then private message "CGN admin" immediately to have the old account flagged as "not in use".
Q: I want to report content related issues, trader ratings or issues related to EE transactions.
A: Email sent through "contact" is directed to membership technical administration help desk. Please contact moderators for these issues by private messaging.
Q: I cannot attach pictures.
A: Attachment function is only enabled for team members. Please visit the webstore to get your team membership if you want to use picture attachment.

How do I search for something?
The simplest way to search is to use the global search bar at the top of every page. This will allow you to search all available content types. If you want to use a more advanced search, you can use the Advanced Search option.
Advanced Search Operators
There are various search operators that will work when you search (you can of course use multiple operators in a single query)...
AND
The AND operator allows you to search for documents that must contain multiple keywords.OR
The OR operator allows you to search for documents that contain at least one keyword.NOT
The NOT operator allows you to search for documents that contain at least one keyword, not not others.Group
Grouping allows you to group keywords together with various other operators.Phrase
Wrapping keywords in quotes will allow you to search for literal phrases.Proximity
You can specify a proximity search that tells the search engine that you only want documents if a keyword is within xx words of another keyword. In the example below, we only care about results that have the word "hello" within 10 words of the word "world".Quorum
Quorum matching is a bit of fuzzy logic with your search. In the example below, the query is asking for documents that have at least 2 of the 4 words contained in them.Strict Order
If you only want search results that contain documents with a certain word before another word, you can do so with the strict order operator.Exact Form
To search for exact forms of keywords, you can do so with this operator.Start & End Operators
The start and end operator allows you to find documents that start or end with something specific.
