winchester m70 moa trigger spring?

Does anybody know how to get a spring to lighten the trigger pull on an MOA trigger? I have found Ernie the Gunsmith in Arizona and he has them but I don't think that I can get him to ship it into Canada. My model 70 only goes down to about 3.8 pounds and I would like to get it down to at least 2.5 pounds.

Thanks. I assume that he just keeps trimming till he finds the sweet spot?
I will have to pull the one out of my trigger to find what size is currently being used.
